• Core Object Detection: Powered by YOLO, a highly accurate algorithm optimized for real-time human detection and image segmentation.
• Vector Database: Integrates Qdrant, an open-source similarity search engine designed to efficiently store image frame vectors and user analytics metadata.
• Predictive Algorithms: Utilize a mixture of ML models, including Random Forest (RF), Support Vector Machines (SVM), Decision Trees, and Linear Regression, to accurately predict crowd spikes.
• Validation & Verification: Features automated testing via Giscard to actively scan ML models for performance biases, under- and overconfidence, and ethical concerns.
System Requirements
For optimal software performance, the deployment environment requires standard IP/CCTV security cameras running at 30 to 60 FPS, a minimum image quality of 480p to 720p, and a stable network connection of at least 28 Mb/sec.
